Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. To allow us to assist you, please email support@oddgiraffe.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
