Sorry our products are NON RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE unless they are damaged or you have received the wrong product. Since your products contain hand painted prints and are all copyrighted, we cannot accept returns nor exchange them.

Damaged Products

We have your back! Our products are made with utmost care and precision and undergo multiple quality checks at every stage of production and packaging and delivery.

But in a rare case, you have received a damaged product, you can email us at [email protected] along with the photos of the damaged product with 48 hours of delivery.

We will check and if the product is damaged we will have the product replaced or issue a refund of your order whatever is preferred – to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Shipping & Delivery Policies –

Jirana Industries Private Limited, offers worldwide shipping. International shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. They are dependent on the weight of the order and country of the buyer. Customs and import duty, if any, may be charged during delivery depending on the the customs rules of your country. Shipping and customs duty, if applicable will have to be borne by the customer. We have free shipping for orders above ₹ 1000 and for orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping rate of ₹100 are charged per order.

Orders placed are processed within 1-3 business days and you can expect delivery within 5-7 days business days of placing your order. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For other areas the products may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Jirana Industries Private Limited is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Jirana Industries Private Limited tries to nought such instances.Also, Jirana Industries Private Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
